At Redeemed Christian Counseling, we seek to create a safe, compassionate, authentic and caring environment. Our mission is to walk with clients on their journey to wholeness, being an agent of change through listening, using therapy skills and applying principles of Scripture. We depend on Christ to guide us in using skills and expertise to help people heal.

Education
Emily Frazier, founder of Redeemed Christian Counseling, is a graduate of The University of Akron with a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW). She also earned a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of Akron.
License
Licensed Independent Social Worker with Supervision designation, licensed by the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage & Family Therapist Board.
Experience
Emily has more than 20 years of experience in the mental health field. She has worked as a therapist in residential treatment and outpatient therapy. She has worked with trauma, substance abuse, sexual offenders as well as other behavioral and emotional struggles. Emily has also worked as a school-based counselor with at-risk middle and high school children. She has served as a clinical director and a professor at the University of Akron. Emily is trained in EMDR and currently works with children (ages 6+) and adults.

Emily is passionate about Jesus and helping others to find healing and restoration through Him. Emily loves to find ways to help people realize their potential, overcome barriers and discover who God created them to be.
Experience
Richard Frazier is lead pastor of DayBreak Community Church and Executive Director of the Wooster Hope Center, Wayne County’s largest food pantry. Pastor Rich has ministered in various capacities for the last 30 years while providing pastoral care to families and individuals.
Education
He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Malone University where he minored in religious studies.

Education
Jessie Jackson is a graduate of Kentucky Mountain Bible College with a BA in communications. She also earned her MA from Ashland Theological Seminary studying clinical counseling.License

Jessie has 12 years of experience with Home Based Intervention treatment, residential treatment, and outpatient treatment, working with children, families, trauma, and marriage counseling.About Jessie
Jessie is passionate about helping those desperate to survive and thrive in a difficult time and unpredictable world. She is passionate about Jesus, compassionate towards His people and has a sparkling energy to empower and shine light in the darkness that can at times surround us.Education
Olivia earned a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Malone University. Olivia also earned her Bachelor’s degree in psychology from The Ohio State University.License
Olivia is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with the state of Ohio.Experience
Olivia has been in the mental health field for ten years. She has worked in residential treatment, school-based counseling, and outpatient therapy. Olivia has experience working with children, teens, adults, couples, and groups. She enjoys working with individuals suffering from depression, anxiety, trauma, anger management, marital issues, depression, grief, life transitions, self-esteem issues, spirituality concerns, and stress management. Olivia strives to provide her clients with a holistic approach to healing emotional, social, and spiritual challenges. She enjoys utilizing an eclectic approach to counseling to meet the individual needs of each client. She enjoys incorporating; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, play interventions including sand tray, and is also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).About Olivia

Ronda earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the former Malone College (now Malone University) in Canton, Ohio. She earned her Masters of Social Work from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio.License
Ronda is currently a Licensed Social Worker, licensed by the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage & Family Therapist Board, and is working on independent licensure.Experience
Ronda has over 20 years’ experience as a licensed social worker in the mental health field. She has experience working with trauma, homelessness, emotional struggles, substance abuse, sexual offenders and behavioral struggles. She has worked as a therapist in residential and outpatient treatment. Ronda has worked as a case manager in a foster care agency, director of a homeless shelter, a school social worker for at-risk high school students in downtown Akron, Ohio as well as a school drug prevention program leader. Ronda is currently trained in EMDR, and sand tray therapy (experiential therapy that can help patients who are struggling with many forms of trauma). Ronda currently works with children (ages 10+) and adults.About Ronda

Lori graduated from Heritage Christian School. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work in 2024 and completed her Master’s degree in Social Work in 2025. Both of these degrees are through Liberty University.

Lori is a Licensed Social Worker, licensed by the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage & Family Therapist Board.
Experience
Lori brings several years of experience working with children who have faced trauma, emotional, and behavioral struggles in a residential care setting. She has served as a clinical counselor in a nursing home for over a year while also completing her internship with Redeemed Christian Counseling. Lori now continues her work at Redeemed as a clinician. She currently provides therapy for young adults through seniors aged 100.
About Lori
Lori is a devoted Christian, wife, and mother of two. Her heart is to walk alongside others in their struggles, offering compassion, care, and the hope of Christ. She enjoys spending quality time with her family, reading, and scrapbooking.
Education
Alison earned her Bachelor’s degree from Johnson University (formerly Johnson Bible College) in 1996. She went on to receive her Master of Arts in Counseling from Cincinnati Christian University in 2007.
License
Alison is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Ohio.
Experience
Alison brings over 25 years of experience in the behavioral health field. She works with adults and adolescents using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic modalities to help clients process thoughts and emotions related to a variety of mental health challenges.
She also works with children, utilizing non-directive play therapy techniques, including the use of toys and sand tray therapy, to assist in processing emotional pain and trauma.
In addition, Alison is a certified Prepare-Enrich facilitator, supporting engaged couples preparing for marriage and married couples seeking to strengthen and enrich their relationships.
Alison previously served as a missionary focused on human trafficking abolition for 10 years in the United States, for a brief period in Amsterdam, and for two years in Thailand. This experience has shaped her deep compassion and understanding of trauma and restoration.

Alison is grounded in a strong faith in Christ, which informs her counseling practice while maintaining a client-centered and non-judgmental approach. She expresses unconditional positive regard, compassion, and empathy toward every individual, ensuring clients feel respected and supported regardless of their beliefs.
In her free time, Alison enjoys traveling with her husband and their Shih-Tzu to beaches, waterfalls, and the mountains. They also enjoy visiting other countries and experiencing different cultures.
